Thank you Richard for taking on this massive challenge to help us raise money towards the new Zip Wire. While Lowndes Park has benefited from recent investment, including the development of a new play area and ongoing campaigns to enhance facilities for children aged 0–3, one much-loved feature remains missing.
The previous zipwire had to be removed several years ago for safety reasons, and many local young people have missed having this exciting piece of equipment available in the park. A new zipwire would provide a fun, active, and inclusive attraction that can be enjoyed by generations of children and families across Chesham.

We’re a group of young people (11–18) who genuinely care about making Chesham and the surrounding villages a better place to grow up. The Chesham Youth Council is on a mission to bring an incredible new addition to our local children's play area: a brand-new, high-flying zipwire! We want to create a fantastic, dynamic space where local children can build confidence, stay active, and—most importantly—have unforgettable fun right in the heart of our community.
A zipwire has been one of the most requested pieces of play equipment by local young people, and we are determined to make it a reality. But to get this fantastic piece of kit installed, we need your help to raise vital funds. Either by donating, volunteering or becoming a Youth Councillor.

Every child deserves a place to play, laugh, and push their boun… Cllr Richard Storey needs your support for Help Us Bring the Ultimate Adventure to Chesham!

At Hats Off Chesham we always have an amazing line up in our community stage! We love giving local groups the chance to show off their talents.

Come and watch them all on the BURPS Community Stage on 11 July in the Broadway

We will be welcoming Theatre Shed , Castle Street Dance Studios , Maggie Monk School of Dancing , Peter Joseph and Line Dance Chesham and Bovingdon.
