Chiltern Sunflower Support is a voluntary community group established in 2022 to help Ukrainians fleeing from conflict. The purpose of the group is to establish a supportive community network to provide assistance for those affected by the war in Ukraine. Objectives
To support the hosting of Ukrainian people, mainly women and children, in the Chilterns by:
- support for potential hosts in naviga

ting the formal processes of hosting, preparing for their guests and in responding to any challenges
- support for Ukrainian people being hosted in the Chilterns by assisting with travel to the UK and providing opportunities for them to meet others, signposting Ukrainian people settling in the UK to local support services and employment opportunities

Chiltern Sunflower Support is coordinated by a core team of volunteers.
