🌺 Laura’s Flowers - beautiful locally grown cut flowers from here in the Wye Valley, to brighten your home this late summer!
🧑‍🍳 Forest Delights - gorgeous melt-in-the-mouth fudge to tantalise your tastebuds and maybe some delicious savoury bakes too!

As we sit just days before the Autumn Equinox, we find ourselves at a beautiful point of transition — a gentle bridge between light and dark, outward activity and inward reflection.

The changing season invites us to pause and ask:

What am I ready to release?
What no longer feels aligned?
What would it feel like to simply come home to myself?

This sound bath will be a peaceful space to slow down, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of sound.

A time for energetic clearing, grounding and gentle reflection - allowing the body and nervous system to soften, while making space for whatever the next season is asking of you.

You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out.
Just come as you are. 🤍
