Everyman Community on the road! 🎭

Francesca headed out this week to the annual Spirax Sarco Charity Morning, sharing more about our community work and the people and projects behind it.

Alongside other local charities, Francesca was a voice for all the work the Everyman does offstage, as well as on, spreading the word about our wonderful community projects including our Everyvoice Choirs and our theatre interest group the Spotlight Club.

It was also a fantastic opportunity to catch up with some of the charities and organisations we work with regularly, and to hear more about the brilliant work happening across our local community.

Thank you to Spirax Sarco for hosting a great event, and to Francesca for being our Community champion! 🙌

Bringing the theatre to you! 🎭

We recently took a little bit of the Everyman Theatre to Kingsholm Rotary Club in Gloucester, with a fun and interactive talk about our theatre, its history and the work we do both on and off stage.

As you can see, our audience weren’t shy! There was lots of enthusiastic participation, some even dressed up, and we discovered a few budding actors whose talents were waiting to be uncovered! 🤩

Our talks are a chance to discover more about the work we do in our community, creating opportunities for people of all ages to connect, socialise and find a creative outlet.

We offer talks for groups, organisations and businesses, with a donation requested in support of our Education & Community Programme. A big thank you to Kingsholm Rotary Club for their donation, helping us continue projects including our dementia-friendly choir and youth theatre.🎶

Interested in learning more about the Everyman? Please contact Francesca to find out more about booking a talk with us – [email protected]
