This week marks the one year anniversary of our nature journaling group at Pittville Park on Wednesday’s.

Being in nature, studying wildlife and landscape along with the physical aspect of walking, has profound benefits on a persons mental health.

Our participants are free to explore and express themselves creatively, whether through drawing, photography or simply observing the world around them.

Many of our members have shared that spending time outdoors not only lifts their mood but also sparks their creativity and has had a profound impact on their mental health.
