Our charity offers a full range of support, including adult day care, respite, independent living, residential, and nursing care, with specialist expertise in dementia and end of life care. We are in care for the right reasons – not for profit. We provide comfortable and supportive place to live with a ‘Home for Life’ promise - meaning a resident never leaves our care

homes due to financial reasons. We never forget our older generation formed our modern way of living. We believe it's our duty to care for those who have helped form our way of life and have given so much to our society. We remain true to our Founder Lilian Faithfull and her principles; "a desire to improve the lives of others through care and dedication."

The new uniforms have been a big hit with the team, giving everyone a smart, professional look while keeping things comfortable for the busy days that come with caring for our residents.

It was time for a little indulgence at Bay Tree Court as our residents and fabulous activities team celebrated National Afternoon Tea Week!

With plenty of tea, delicious treats and good company, it was a wonderfully British way to spend an afternoon. And, let's be honest, we're not sure you really need an excuse for a slice of cake and a nice cuppa! 😉

Welcome to the Lilian Faithfull family! 💜

This week, we caught up with the latest group of colleagues working their way through their induction at the Lilian Faithfull Care Academy.

When I popped in, they were taking part in an Introduction to Dementia Care session with our dementia specialist, Yvonne, gaining valuable knowledge that will help them in their roles supporting our residents.

It's fantastic to see new faces joining the team, and we wish them every success as they begin their careers with Lilian Faithfull Care.

80 Years of Care, Celebrated in Style! 🎉🫖🎶

The celebrations continued at Royal Court as we marked 80 years of Lilian Faithfull Care with a wonderful afternoon of high tea, music and plenty of smiles.

Our very talented Marcia and her kitchen team pulled out all the stops, creating a beautiful high tea for residents and colleagues to enjoy.

And to make the afternoon even more special, we were joined by the wonderfully energetic Worcester Musical Theatre Company, who had everyone entertained with his fantastic singing. 🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it such a memorable celebration. Here's to 80 years of caring for our community, and to many more years of making memories together!

We're pleased to welcome Wendy Jones from Yorkshire Bank to The Secret Garden Adult Care Hub at Bay Tree Court for a free talk on staying safe online.
