Our staff are highly trained and have extensive experience of learning and physical disabilities, complex needs and a wide range of health conditions. We are competitive, flexible and any profit we make is invested back in to the association to ensure we are always offering you the service you deserve.

Did someone say snooker? 🎱

Yesterday we had a brilliant session with Andrew Norman Snooker Coaching, who came along to teach some of the people we support the amazing sport!

He took the time to break everything down step by step, introducing different games and helping everyone build their confidence. It was fantastic to see everyone throwing themselves into the session, learning something new and enjoying every minute.

A huge thank you to Andrew for sharing his time, patience and expertise with us. We can't wait for the next session! 💜

Could you help our gardens bloom? 🌱

We're looking for a volunteer gardener to help keep the gardens at our supported living homes looking their best. A well cared for outdoor space makes a real difference to the people we support, giving them somewhere welcoming to relax, socialise and enjoy.

We'll provide what you need, all we're asking for is your time. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can spare around 12 to 14 hours a week.

What a day the Cheltenham Three Peaks Challenge was💜

If you spotted our photographer, there's a good chance you've made it into this photo collection. Take a look through and see if you can find yourself!

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in this year's challenge. From the first steps to the final finishers, it was an incredible day filled with determination, community spirit and plenty of memorable moments.

Together, we've raised roughly £15,000 to help us continue supporting people with disabilities across Gloucestershire. Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, donated and cheered participants on along the way.

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated female Home Care & Support Worker to join our team in Gloucestershire! This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a salary of £27,334.00 per year (£13.14 per hour) and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

A little bit of nature goes a long way🌱

Today we got out and about at our main HQ, planting flowers and learning about nature! It was a great way to spend time together, brighten up the space, and take a bit of pride in making it our own.
