Join us as a Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained.

Working across Gloucestershire, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What you’ll do
- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out.
- Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
- Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.

What you’ll get

Working at various sites across Gloucestershire, you'll gain hands-on experience with weekly maintenance checks, general repairs to buildings and fixtures both inside and out, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.

We’re looking for someone with DIY skills and experience, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided.
