We’ve put together a short FrOGs questionnaire to find out what you think about our fundraising, events and how FrOGs can best support our school community.

Whatever your involvement in FrOGs— we really want to hear from you. 💚

🐸 Could you be our FrOGs Sponsorship Lead?

We’re looking for someone to help us build relationships with local businesses and bring more sponsorship into Glenfall.

What would you do?

* Reach out to local businesses
* Help match sponsors with FrOGs events
* Build business contacts and relationships
* ask for logos to be used for event materials

🙌 And you won’t be thrown in at the deep end! Our current Sponsorship Lead is staying in the role for this year, so you’ll have the opportunity to shadow them, learn how everything works and gradually get up to speed before taking it on.

⏰ It’s also a really flexible role that can largely be done from home, in the evenings or whenever you have a bit of spare time

You don’t need to commit to helping at every FrOGs event.

🎉 THE FrOGs 100 CLUB IS BACK! 🎉

And this year, we’d LOVE to turn it into the 200 Club! 🐸💚

For just £10, you get a number that stays in every monthly draw from October to July — that’s 10 chances to win! 💰

And the best bit? If you win, your number stays in the draw — so you can win again!

💚 100 tickets sold means £660 raised for FrOGs to spend on our children, after prize money — and if we can reach 200 this year, we can raise even more AND increase the number of prizes! 🙌

Membership is open to the whole Glenfall community — parents, carers, grandparents, teachers, friends and family — and you can buy more than one number if you fancy boosting your chances! 🤞

💻 A quick note: we’re using our PTA Events platform for ticket sales this year, which saves our volunteers hours of admin. Using the platform does mean there’s a small booking fee added at checkout — thank you for understanding and for helping us make things a little easier for our volunteers! 💚

🪩 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A DISCO LEAD! 🪩

Our school discos are a huge hit with the children and a brilliant FrOGs fundraiser. We’re looking for someone to help take the lead on organising them twice a year, usually in May and November. 🐸💚

The role involves organising the DJ, tuck shop and disco goodies, coordinating volunteers, helping with promotion and overseeing set-up on the day. You’ll have plenty of support from the FrOGs team, plus a tried-and-tested guide to follow.

✨ It’s a great role for someone who wants to get more involved with FrOGs, but doesn’t want an all-year-round commitment.

💚 Well that’s another year done!!! And here are our final totals: funds raised and spent!!! You can see how we’ve spend the money this year!! 💚

🐸 Thank you all for such an amazing year!! We are so lucky to have a wonderful school Glenfall Community Primary School , teachers, staff, parents, carers and Committee members!! ♥️
