As we look forward to our last Cheltenham Charlie's Cheltenham Drop In event at CDA for 2025, I thought I'd better bring up the list for next year's meetings.

The time table for therapies for December 8th is in the WhatsApp group

Soundbath starts at 11 for 11.15 prompt start ,

Remember if you wish, you can bring something to share as this is our Christmas event

If you want to find out more, pop in. If you are a therapist who has 4 hours you can spare each month on either the second or fourth Monday, I'd love to hear from you. Therapies are so important to our lovely members . Charlie's is always free to everyone affected by cancer and these 4 hour sessions make such a difference

Charlie's Has two Cheltenham venues and one in Tewkesbury too for our Drop In sessions

CDA (Combined Defensive Arts) Unit 9, Shaftesbury Ind Estate, The Runnings, GL51 9NH

This session runs the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month (except bank holidays) from 10 - 2

This session offers a variety of holistic therapies including Reiki, Reflexology, Massage and a Sound Journey* ( * once every 2 months) .

Our other Drop In is at Springbank Community Resource Centre , GL51 0LH. 10 - 2

As of January 6th, The 1st Tuesday of the month, Tewkesbury is opening its own Drop In Sessions, 10 - 2 at Northway Community Hub, Lee Walk, Tewkesbury, GL20 8QG

This session runs on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

All these sessions are open to all those affected by cancer including family. All sessions are free.

We offer a range of holistic therapies, free. These vary by venue and session.

About to get the dates out for the next 5 months

It was wonderful to see some new faces
And bountiful produce.

The sound bath was just what was needed and the Primal Scream too.

Our next Drop In session is Tuesday August 19th at Springbank Community Resource Centre, normal time 10 until 2 x
