An epic celebration of beer and breweries from around the country coming together at the iconic Pittville Pump Rooms in Cheltenham on Saturday 5th September. A week of events celebrating the best of craft beer and real ale in Pubs, Bars, Breweries, Taprooms, Bottle Shops and Restaurants across Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud and the rest of Gloucestershire in the near future.

🍻 SPA SESSIONS — WHAT. A. DAY. 🍻

Well… we did it! ❤️

Yesterday, the incredible Pittville Pump Room was filled with amazing breweries, brilliant people, plenty of laughs and, safe to say… A LOT of beer was drunk! 🍺🍺🍺

Seeing the Pump Rooms full of people enjoying great beer, chatting to the brewers and soaking up the atmosphere was everything we hoped Spa Sessions would be — and more.

A HUGE thank you to all eight of our incredible breweries and Wombat who travelled to Cheltenham, brought some seriously special beers and spent the day pouring, chatting and generally being absolute legends. 🍻

To everyone who bought a ticket and came along — thank you. Whether you joined us for the afternoon, the evening, or helped support us from the sidelines, you made the day what it was. Seeing so many people inside that incredible venue enjoying the festival was pretty special. ❤️

And, of course, a massive thank you to our wonderful charities, National Star and Friends of Cheltenham Samaritans. 💛💚 Having you as such a big part of Spa Sessions was incredibly important to us, and seeing people getting behind the charity bars — and drinking plenty of Expected Tempo in the process! — was fantastic.

There are SO many other people behind the scenes who helped make yesterday happen, and we’ll be giving them the love they deserve too… because an event like this definitely doesn’t happen without a small army!

For now though, we’re going to enjoy the fact that the very first Spa Sessions actually happened. 🥹🍻

SPA SESSIONS IS FINALLY HERE! 🤯🔥

After months of planning, organising, brewing, announcing, counting down (and probably not enough sleep 😂)… today we finally throw open the doors of Pittville Pump Room for Spa Sessions!

🍺 8 incredible breweries
🔥 An unbelievable selection of beers
🌮 Brilliant street food
🎧 DJs across both sessions
❤️ Supporting two fantastic charities
🍻 And plenty of surprises along the way!

Our Spa Sessions x Left Handed Giant collaboration beer has officially landed in Cheltenham! 🙌

A 6% Hazy IPA, packed with Citra & Nelson Sauvin and brewed especially for Spa Sessions with the brilliant team at Left Handed Giant. 💚

But you’ll have to wait just a little bit longer to get your hands on it… 👀

🍻 THE VERY FIRST POUR will be this Saturday at Spa Sessions!

And remember, you won’t find it pouring from the Left Handed Giant bar — Expected Tempo will be pouring from our charity bars, with the money they take from every pour going straight to our fantastic charities. ❤️

Spa Sessions might be taking over Pittville Pump Room on Saturday 5th September, but the beer starts flowing well before then… 👀

We’ve got a brilliant line-up of fringe events across Cheltenham in the lead-up to the festival, giving you plenty of chances to get acquainted with some of our Spa Sessions breweries before the big day!

Our Bristol pals take over the taps at The Railway – the perfect way to officially kick off your Spa Sessions weekend!

Two of our Spa Sessions breweries join forces for a night of big beers and brewery chat.

🍰🍺 Vault City – The Great Beer Bake Off @ Favourite Beers
Dessert-inspired beers meet actual desserts! Four international collaboration beers paired with homemade baked treats, with Ben from Vault City joining us for the evening. Plus stamp cards and Vault City swag up for grabs!

🍺 DEYA TTO @ Cheltenham Motor Club
It wouldn’t be a Cheltenham beer weekend without our hometown heroes! Head to Cheltenham Motor Club to see what DEYA have taken over the taps with before catching them again at Spa Sessions on Saturday.

🍺 Attic Brew Co TTO @ The Strand
Birmingham’s Attic Brew Co will be taking over taps at The Strand, giving you the perfect excuse to get a few Attic beers in ahead of their Spa Sessions appearance.

🍺 Pretty Decent Beer Co TTO @ The Swan
Pretty Decent by name… considerably better than pretty decent by nature. 😏 Head over to The Swan and get stuck into a selection from the East London brewery before they join us at the Pump Room the following day!
