Would you like to build your strength, improve your fitness and enjoy some fresh air in a supportive group? Join us for Nordic walking, a gentle but effective form of exercise that uses specially designed poles to engage your whole body while walking.

Whether you are living with cancer, recovering from treatment or supporting someone with cancer, Nordic walking can help improve stamina, posture, balance and confidence.

No previous experience is needed and equipment will be provided.

Come along, meet others and discover how moving together can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

A gentle reminder about our hairdressing service at Maggie's. This service is provided specifically for people who are experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment or for those whose hair is beginning to grow back following treatment.

It offers a supportive space to discuss the changes can cancer treatment can bring, and to help people regain confidence during a difficult time.

Every third Friday of the month, you can find us at the The Main Place in Coleford, Forest of Dean in our Mini Maggie’s. Our next session is Friday 19th June, 10am-2pm. Come and have a cuppa and a chat with others affected by cancer, get support from our Cancer Support Specialist or join our Art Class from 10-12 or Fitness Class from 12-1pm.

Our next Men’s Group meeting is on Tuesday will be 9th June. Tea and coffee will be provided.

It will be a safe, non-judgemental space to talk for any man whose life has been impacted by cancer including friends, family and carers too. It is facilitated by men.
We will meet in our centre, here in Cheltenham, on the second Tuesday of the month from 09:30-10:30.

We've set up a new Men’s Group which will be facilitated by men. It will be a safe, non-judgemental space to talk for any man whose life has been impacted by cancer including friends, family and carers too.
We will meet in our centre, here in Cheltenham, on the second Tuesday of the month from 09:30-10:30. The next group meeting is on Tuesday will be 12th May. Tea and coffee will be provided.
