Suitable for all levels, with two evening classes running every Tuesday at School House Café. Sessions are led by Johanna Leah and focus on improving strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.

Classes run from 6:15–7:10pm and 7:15–8:10pm. Your first class is £5, with options of £60 for a 6-week block or £12 drop-in. For more information or to book a place, call 07876 335926.
