If that question causes daily stress, come along to a 3-week workshop series for parents hosted by Springbank Community Group CiC!

Over three friendly sessions, you'll learn how to:
🍲Batch cook family favourites
🥫Prepare and freeze versatile sauces
♻️Make leftovers go further and reduce waste

Leave the children at home, meet other local parents, and pick up practical ideas to save time, save money, and make mealtimes easier.

There are two workshops to choose from:
