AN INVITATION
The University of Gloucestershire’s Ecophora project is hosting a friendly, participatory workshop at The Greenhouse (Malthouse Lane, Cheltenham) on Friday, 24th July from 13.00 - 15.00, and they would love to invite our members and residents to join them.
The workshop is a relaxed, jargon-free space to talk about how AI is changing our lives, and how we can design a digital future that actually works for local communities rather than just Big Tech.
The project is guided by the principle of ecosophy—ensuring technology, society, and our environment thrive together. Local, real-world knowledge is valued, so things are kept entirely collaborative.
There are no dry lectures—just real conversation, free tea and cake, and a £10 voucher for everyone who participates and completes a follow-up questionnaire.
Find out more about Ecophoria on their page: https://www.facebook.com/GreenhouseChelt/
There are limited spaces, so book asap to make sure local voices get priority.
