We are open SUNDAY 21st June and run from 2pm until 4.30pm last entry 4pm to allow you time to ride on the trains.
There are light refreshments and home made cakes, when they're gone they're are gone. Refreshments finish at 4pm.
Prices are £7 for six rides single ride tickets £1.50p.
(e.g. 2 adults 2 children = 4 rides, carried babies not charged).
We have a picnic field with benches.
We are all volunteers and enjoy running our railway.
Come an enjoy yourselves, an inexpensive afternoon for the
family.
There is a council car park in Meteor Way (CM1 2RL) currently free on Sundays but check signage to ensure that has not changed. We are off Waterhouse Lane Chelmsford.

We are open on most Sundays from April until October. Please see our calendar here for the actual dates we will be running. We will also be open on a few Wednesdays during the school holidays. Except for special events, there is no need to book – just turn up on the day.

The photo below shows show volunteers in WW2 type costume, kitchen ladies and one of the directors, Mike. We had a very successful day although it was very chilly. Thanks to all who attended.

Come and join us this Sunday 10th May as we celebrate VE Day
Carol who was a WREN has decorated the clubhouse & has made bread pudding for you to purchase along with a range of homemade cakes. The kitchen ladies will be dressed in 40’s attire.
