We are currently taking Summer 2025 bookings, with a few days still available during July, August & September.

The Beryl Platt Centre is a fully accessible hall. We have kitchen facilities, tables & chairs and an enclosed garden area included in your hire, and the option of a licenced bar available.

💜 Rare Disease Day – You Are Not Alone 💜

Today is , a global movement to raise awareness and support for the 300 million people worldwide living with a rare disease. Many young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions experience isolation, but you don’t have to face it alone.

At The Js Charity, we provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for young adults in Essex who are living with rare, complex, or life-limiting conditions. Through our Js Days, we create opportunities to connect with others who understand, take part in engaging activities, and access valuable support.

💙 What We Offer at Js Days:
🎶 Music Therapy – Explore sound and self-expression in a relaxed environment.
🎨 Creative Workshops – Enjoy arts, crafts, and hands-on activities tailored for all abilities.
💆‍♀️ Complementary Therapies – Take time to unwind and recharge.
☕ Social Time – Meet others, share experiences, and form friendships in a safe and welcoming space.
