Ethan and Luke decided they fancied making burgers in the cafe today, and look how well they did! 🍔

They did such a good job making and cooking them, and it was lovely to see them enjoying something a little different. We don’t usually make things like this in the cafe, so today was a bit of a treat! And I think they did a pretty good job 🥰

MiLiFest 2026 - What a Summer!

WOW! What an incredible day!

MiLiFest is always the highlight of our summer, and this year was certainly no exception! A couple of days filled with laughter, music, dancing, friendship and memories that will last a lifetime! 🪩🎶✨

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this year's festival so special. From all the planning and preparation to the hard work on the day, we couldn't do it without our amazing team, families and everyone who gets involved! 💕

A particularly special thank you to The Beagles Family for so generously allowing us to use their space to bring MiLiFest to life once again. We are so incredibly grateful! 🫶

Seeing everyone come together, having the best time and making memories with their friends is exactly why we do what we do ❤️

Tuesdays at Danbury Outdoors!

Our boys have started heading to Danbury every Tuesday to focus on teamwork, and look what they got up to today!

They built a rope bridge from scratch and then had to get the whole team across it!

How incredible is that! Such a good way to get everyone working together, communicating and helping each other out.

Can’t wait to see what they get up to next week!

Learning life skills… The Lily Rose way!

Our members spent this morning’s session practising how to use a knife and fork, but in the most fun way! They went shopping for the ingredients, added toppings to their own pancakes, spread Nutella, cut up fruit and then practised cutting everything into little pieces to enjoy.

I love how Annie made something that’s such an important everyday skill into a fun activity that everyone could get involved in.

It’s these little things that make such a difference in helping our members become more confident and independent in everyday life. And what better way to learn than by making pancakes and eating them afterwards?! 🥞

💚🌹 World Mental Health Day 🌹💚

What a brilliant week we’ve had at Lily Rose, filled with smiles, laughter, friendships and so many little moments that mean so much.

I’m sharing some pictures from just this week alone, because they show something we’re so proud of at Lily Rose. Every single day, we help one another in ways that might seem small, but can mean the world to someone else.

It might be a little text to say hello, dancing together, a quick game of FIFA on the PS5, holding a door open, checking in on a friend, putting your arm around someone, sharing a laugh or simply making sure someone feels included. It’s all these little things that remind us we’re not alone and that we have people around us who care. 💗

Mental health is something we should look after every single day, not just today. We’re so grateful for the friendships made, the support we give one another and the happiness that comes from simply being together.

At Lily Rose, everyone matters. Everyone deserves to feel included, valued, supported and loved, and that’s what makes what we do so special.

Here’s to continuing to make memories, building friendships and looking out for one another, every single day. Because sometimes, the smallest things can make the biggest difference. 💚
