1st Cheddar Scouts participated in the County Scout Challenge today and displayed excellent skills and teamwork. They came 2nd out of 50 teams 🎉

Last night we invested four new Scouts and a Leader!… Also lots of good discussion and real life examples of what Remembrance means to us.

🎃 Pumpkin Fun with 1st Cheddar Scouts! 👻

Last week, our Explorers, Cubs and Beavers got into the spooky spirit with an evening of pumpkin carving and Halloween-themed activities—and what a fantastic time they had! From creepy creations to fun around the fire pit, it was a brilliant mix of creativity, laughter, and teamwork.

A huge thank you to Warren's Farm Shop for their incredibly generous donation of pumpkins. Your support helped make the evening extra special, and we’re so grateful for your continued kindness and generosity to our group.

Fantastic opportunity that our scouts will have the chance to move onto explorers.

Tonight 14-24 Team Lead Tom had the pleasure of investing the young people and leaders of the new explorer unit opened in Cheddar. They were out hunting for ghosts in Stockhill Wood and had a few spooky encounters!

We look forward to seeing more of their adventures in the future!
