Today we attended the first “In Loving Memory Coffee Morning” ☕️

We discussed a variety of topics, for example we spoke about how to deal with grief and different ways to approach difficult tasks, funeral plans and religious and cultural differences in funerals across the world! It was a lovely time meeting everyone, and it was an honour to hear everyone’s stories🤍

In today’s meeting we painted some rocks for The Kindness Rocks Project, some were painted in honour of loved ones who have passed, and others spreading positive vibes!

We can’t wait to come back to All Saints Community Project Trust next month to discuss more topics☺️

Today has been a very busy one here. Sport On Your Doorstep we're back here again with 3 different exercise groups.

Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended.

These sessions run every Thursday. If you would like to book in scan the QR code on the poster or pop into the center and we can add you.

In the center today are Carers First Medway .

If you would like to chat to them they will be here from 10am till 1pm .

Sport On Your Doorstep has a busy schedule today.

9-30 till 10-30 in the Church will be Boxercise.

10-45 till 11-45 is the little Champions exercise group also in the church. ( Under 5's)

Then back in the center for 12pm is the seated low impact exercise group.

All these activities are free and anyone can join in with.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new group starting on Thursday 4th June.

The group will then continue on the first Thursday of every month.
