On Friday 28th March the Merdon Association Mothers Day Shop will be open for business!
Children will visit the shop during the morning to purchase gifts for the special people in their lives from a selection of items on offer.
Tickets to the shop are £3.50 per gift and these can be purchased from our PTA Events page until Tuesday 25th March at 9:00pm https://www.pta-events.co.uk/merdonassociation/index.cfm?event=event&eventId=96195
This is always a fun event and we look forward to seeing the children choose something for their Mothers and others while helping to raise money for the school.

Disco this Friday!

Due to popular demand we are keeping the ticket sales open for the disco until Thursday lunchtime. Get them while you can at www.pta-events.co.uk/merdonassociation

We will provide drinks but please remember to bring a named bottle with you.

You do not need to print out tickets or have your confirmation email with you as we will have a register to check the children in with.

Lastly please note the start and end time for each year group on the poster below.

Volunteers from the Merdon Association will be selling refreshments at the Carol Concerts on Tuesday.

🫖 Hot drinks and mince pies will be for sale
☕ Please bring a reusable cup if you have one to cut down on waste
💰Please also bring change

In the morning refreshments will be available from 9:00am with the concert starting at 9:30am.

In the afternoon the concert starts at 2:00pm so refreshments will be available afterwards.

Along with the refreshments we will also be selling raffle tickets for the chance to win...

Only a couple of days to go until Mertown and our volunteer sign up sheet is almost full! Thank you to everyone who has signed up so far, we couldn't put these events on without you. If you haven't yet signed up, perhaps you can help us fill these last remaining slots for Friday...

🎉 1:30pm to 3:30pm - Setting up stalls (any time during this slot)
🍾 4:30pm to 5:30pm - Bottle Tombola
🍕 4:30pm to 5:30pm - Bar and Pizza (2 volunteers needed)
🍭 4:30pm to 5:30pm - Candy Shop

We've also added some slots for "floaters" who aren't assigned a particular stall but can do odd jobs here and there as needed during either the first or second half of the event.

We are excited to share some of the amazing local companies supporting Mertown this year, with their generous donations to our Christmas raffle.
