Planning has started for Chaldon Village Fete 2026! It is on August Bank Holiday Monday 31st August in Six Brothers Field, off Willey Broom Lane, Chaldon CR3 5BD.
Last year we smashed our record and raised over £9,500 for local organisations, ……and we hope to do even better this year! New for this year will be rides on a miniature railway and music from Edenbridge Town Band, as well as all the old favourites.

What a great Fete!
Chaldon Village Fete on August Bank Holiday Monday was a rip-roaring success. The weather was fantastic and Six Brothers Field in Chaldon was heaving with people having fun and enjoying the sunshine.
We had a record number of stalls for people to visit and sample local crafts; the food and drink was amazing - pizza, coffee, home-made refreshments provided by our lovely Church people and so much Pimms sold that we emptied out Tescos of Pimms bottles!
There was dancing to the live music provided by the Phoenix band; Punch and Judy for the little ones; our largest display of vintage cars ever; fire-juggling and giant bubbles….. and so much more.
The Dog Show was, as always, full of dogs (and owners) of all shapes and sizes and there were lots of deserved winners.
A great big thank you to everyone who came. We raised over £10,000 for local voluntary organisations, which smashed the previous record. And an equally big thank you to the incredibly hard-working committee who organised it.

Chaldon Village Fete is almost here!
And the best thing about it is that it free to park, and free to get in and see all the wonderful things going on.
Just bring all your spare cash to spend on our wonderful stalls, food and things for kids to do like face painting and bouncy castles. And new for this year, we have the amazing Lorcan O’Bryan giving a demonstration of chainsaw sculpture creating.
Plus the ever-popular dog show of course, classic cars to admire and giant bubbles galore.
We do need some help though in setting up. Please contact Graham Baker if you can help on Friday 22nd or Sunday 24th, on 07956 962798
See you on Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August at Six Brothers Field, Chaldon CR3 5BD (up Willey Broom Lane) from 1pm.
