We need to say a big THANK YOU to Raise the Bar Bootcamps 🏋️🫶🙌

Two tenacious ladies who have grown an inspirational fitness community locally, supporting people at any stage of their fitness journey. Thank you Kate, Becky and the whole RTB crew for supporting our event and warming up all our runners today. You are AWESOME 💪

🎉 THANK YOU, EMMER GREEN! 🎉

What an amazing community we have 🫶

Today’s 5K, 10K and Mini Oak runners were incredible, and seeing so many families together enjoying the Summer Fayre was just brilliant 🥰

A huge shout‑out to the EG10K committee, who have worked unbelievably hard to make these events possible - you truly wouldn’t believe the level of planning that goes into this. And to the wonderful humans who volunteered to marshal the course and run stalls, including so many of our school staff who have already had quite the week 🥵

Thank you to everyone who came along, donated cakes, prizes and supplies, and helped make the stalls run so smoothly.

You made today what it was - a proper Emmer Green day to remember 💙

🎉 Can't wait to see you this morning for the Emmer Green 10K, 5K, Mini Oak Challenge and our Summer Fayre! 🎉

🏃 All event details have been sent via email, and there are a limited number of 5K & 10K entries on the day. NB Mini Oak has SOLD OUT. Only registered runners can take part for safety reasons.

🎂 Don't forget your water bottle, hat and sunscreen, plus any cakes you'd like to donate!

Everything is coming together for tomorrow - the course looks brilliant and the team has been working hard.

💦🧴🧢 Quick reminder to pack the sensible bits: water bottles, suncream, hats and maybe even an umbrella if we get a light shower (I’ll be celebrating if we do). ☔

🎂 If you’re able to bring cakes for the refreshments stall, they’d be very gratefully received.

See you in the morning for a great day on the field!

🎂 Cake donations needed!

We usually have a brilliant selection for the refreshments stall, but we’ve only had a few come in so far (maybe it's just been too hot 🫠).

If you’re able to bake or bring something tomorrow, it would make a huge difference. Thank you so much 🫶
