There are rumours that we are closing, and are leaving the area!!!

WE ARE NOT CLOSING!

Rumours about our business have often taken place over the years, especially since lockdowns occurred, when we in fact opened up again at every opportunity!
The truth is that GREENE KING want to sell the PROPERTY… and Alan would ideally like to not work weekends, except Sundays! His restaurant business is still a success and his food is highly praised, especially on Sundays.
So, in an ideal world we would have an additional chef to make Alan’s job more work-able, with a better work-life balance. He has been working weekends for his whole adult life after all!
Wendy and the staff are very happy here. We have a strong team of loyal staff who have been here for years and don’t intend on going anywhere soon!
