A FREE 8-week programme where you can get stuck in, build confidence and develop skills that can help towards employment, volunteering and further opportunities.

Over the 8 weeks you will get stuck into:

🐝 Beekeeping
🌱 Creating & developing our sensory garden
🔨 Construction, DIY & practical projects
🌳 Conservation & habitat work
🐞 Natural pest control & biodiversity
🌻 Seed to harvest, gardening & maintaining community spaces
🤝 Developing and growing projects that make a real difference in our community
💡 Planning and bringing your own ideas to life
💼 CV, employability & transferable skills
🙌 Teamwork, confidence & meeting new people

No experience needed – just a willingness to have a go! We learn by doing, alongside a supportive team 💜

🌿✏️ BACK TO SCHOOL CRAFT CLUB! 🎨🐝

As we welcome lots of new families into the Garrison, we know that starting somewhere new can feel like a big adventure, for grown-ups as well as children! 💛

So this Thursday, we’re hosting a fabulous FREE Back to School Craft Club in Bramble Woods.

🌸 Children can get creative, play games and meet new friends before joining their new schools.

☕ Grown-ups can grab a brew, have a chat and find their new people, places and opportunities within our community.

👕 Our e50K Swap Shop will also be open, with school uniforms and supplies available completely FREE, or for a swap or a small donation if you can.

Whether you’ve just arrived, you’ve been here for years, or you simply fancy getting out and meeting some lovely people, everyone is welcome.

We are having a busy summer with all our friends in Bramble Woods 🌳

Everything is thriving. The e50K Swap Shop is amazing!

We had a wonderful morning with the Bees 🐝 both Hives are looking great. We had some volunteers that have not been in with Bees before…. They throughly enjoyed the hands on session🌱🌷🌱🌷🌱🌷🌱🌷🌱🌷🌱🌷🌱

💜 Important Update – Armed Forces Day Garden Party 💜

We are so sorry, but due to the weather forecast we have made the difficult decision to cancel today’s Armed Forces Day Garden Party.

This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. We know so many of you were looking forward to joining us, but the safety of our community, volunteers, staff, suppliers and animals has to come first.

Please know we’re already working hard behind the scenes to find a new date because we hate letting people down and still want to bring our community together to celebrate.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support. We’re incredibly sorry for the disappointment and will share the new date as soon as it’s confirmed.

We’re delighted to welcome our much-loved donkeys back to Bramble Woods on Friday 🫏🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Best of all, every attraction is completely FREE. From donkey rides and the petting zoo to vintage fairground fun and lawn games, it’s our way of saying thank you to the incredible Armed Forces community that make Bramble Woods great!

And that’s not all! 🎉 The amazing Jay's Holistic Flavours is celebrating her 1st birthday and is marking the occasion with a special children’s menu for just £5, helping make the day even more affordable for families whilst supporting a local business!

All we ask is that you bring blankets, camp chairs, family and friends, and SUNCREAM to join us for an afternoon and evening of fun, laughter and community spirit 🇬🇧☀️💜
