April is Autism Acceptance Month. For the autistic community, many prefer the term 'acceptance' rather than 'awareness' as it means more than acknowledging, but being open-minded instead.

At Marie Curie, we're committed to creating an accommodating and inclusive environment for our autistic staff members and clients.

For more about how you can step up for Autism Acceptance Month, click the link below provided by The National Autistic Society.

Have you heard of Marie Curie's Talk About Cards?

Talk About Cards acknowledges that it isn't easy to talk about death and dying.

Talk About Cards serves as an icebreaker that blends general questions like 'what job did you want to have when you were a child?' to more end-of-life related questions, such as 'what songs would you like to be played at your funeral'?

As we post cards from the pack, please feel free to leave your answers in the contact section!

For more information about Talk About Cards, please contact us at [email protected]
