💜We are recruiting.... Please share with friends, family or colleagues who may be interested in joining our team & making a difference to SEND families within the Wakefield district.

💜Due to our School Coffee & Chat Project being extended we are recruiting for our Parent Carer Representative roles and are looking for some amazing people to join our team.

💜If you can answer yes to the questions in the image then we would like to hear from you!

💜We are looking for -

3 x Parent Carer Representatives,

5 hours per week,

£15.00 per hour + mileage

Term time only

💜This will be working in schools across the district to deliver SEND Coffee & Chat Sessions and provide support and guidance to parent carers.

What started as a small group of passionate parents has grown into a thriving, independent, parent led community supporting over 1,900 families 💜

Over the past 6 years, together we have -

💜Created safe, welcoming spaces where families feel heard and understood

💜Built strong relationships with schools and professionals

💜 Delivered inclusive events, activities and short breaks

💜 Amplified the voices of parent carers to influence real change

💜 Supported families through some of their most challenging moments

Every conversation, every coffee & chat, every message — it all matters. And it’s all because of you 💜

To our amazing SEND community, volunteers, team members, and the families who trust us — thank you for being part of our journey.
