Well we would’ve loved to have started with a happy “Welcome to the Page and the associated Group” post, but yet again either FB Meta AI has disappeared the Group which we established for customer interaction, or, even worse, someone has reported the group to FB and gotten it removed AGAIN! Sorry to say that if it is a someone doing this, the charity and the Castleford branch of the charity is not going away, and we will continue to provide a much needed service to save books from landfill and enable those on lower incomes to own books and benefit from reading and expanding their minds, as well as their knowledge and understanding of the world and all it has to offer! Sorry, not sorry!!!
We will continue to look for a way to engage with customers online, but it is likely to be far more managed/hidden than we would like it to be be as a result of what has happened to all the groups we have tried to establish to this point.
Also, if it is an individual (or individuals) doing this, please feel free to reach out to us back channel so we can at least be made aware of your grievances and work to rectify what you perceive to be wrong with our work.
