I feel like Im posting about the ‘C’ word much much earlier this year 🤔….. but then again the Biz is in such a different position completely compared to last year…

I have already begun preparing the Christmas listings on both the wholesale and online websites 🌍

When a badge means the bloomin world 🌎

Now we all know Its only been a few months 🕰️ago really since I jumped back into opening the wholesale side of Snuffles, and well….. what can I say!!! I was blown away earlier today receiving this badge! … like… how can a lil badge mean so much 🥹… I was over the moon getting the best sellers but this 🥹🥹🥹

For the businesses out there If you haven’t heard of faire take a look 👀… but be prepared it can become quite addictive when exploring the many different ranges of products out there …. Especially for a dog related bizzo 😅 and they offer great deals for newbies as well as 60 days payment term options too!

We have had a blast at our last ever dogfest, and it really was so lovely to see so many of you! You’re all what made it worth while!

Thank you for the wonderful gifts 🎁 that were given to me you know who you are they mean so so much!!! 🥹 it really was so so kind of you and I love them 🖤 & am completely Shocked seriously touched me so so much!

So…… why wont I ever be ever be attending another Dogfest is the question that has been asked a million times!😅

The cost …. I can no longer justify £988 per event to attend, £2000 including the cost of the van 🚐,petrol and help added on top, and we even slummed it this weekend in the van to save on cost somewhere…..

Exhibitors….. the main majority is now charities and dog food brands exhibiting,the list of vendors minus these is minute,
And we all know I have a lot of time for charities but even the charities who attended must of been thinking whatttt…..
as for the hassle from every dog food brand walked past… And that all important question “what do you feed your dog”
Our Jens been on the bleeding lot this weekend just to get a quick escape from the hassle😆

But the main thing ….. that absolutely put the final nail in the coffin for me…. Was receiving the most patronising email stating because my business had grown so much becoming vat registered and not hand making my products at home now… I should actually be within a different price bracket…..this contradicting the beginning of the email stating everyone paid the same costs when questioned 😅 ….. even walking round this weekend I was told by fellow exhibitors they were given a “good deal” to attend 👌🏻

I stupidly signed a contract at the beginning of the year to attend 2 dogfests, not knowing at that time just how many exhibitors weren’t attending this year, and so I had to go…. Otherwise legal action was going to be taken,

I am however glad I did them, it’s given me the opportunity to close the door 🚪 and say goodbye to what was once the best dog 🐶 event …. And I think I needed to do these to actually realise it’s no longer the bees knees ….

Ive loved the experience… but thats a rap 🖤💛

Opening the gate to the next chapter 🤍

Thanks for an amazing first day at Blenheim Palace all! It really has been so so great seeing so many familiar faces, new faces, and finally being to place faces to names too 🖤

I wasn’t sure how well today would go… but it’s actually been ok, 👌🏻 and it’s been a time to reminisce, and look back at my very first dogfest,
Ive met so many wonderful dogs and their hoomans, and fellow exhibitors end up becoming more or less like your family as you build up such a lovely bond! And it was also this very event where I felt I became excepted into the dog community world 🌎 … and actually found out a dog community existed 😆

So I just want to say…. I will always be so thankful for accepting me and the girls 🐶🐶🐶 and supporting what I thought would never become anything more than a little business who would never be seen,

A gates opening into a new world of even more amazing things to come! ….. and I cannot wait to share it app with you along the way …. 🖤💛
