At this year’s Somerscience Festival, we’re inviting visitors to roll up their sleeves and dive into one of the messiest (and most popular!) hands-on experiences of the day… our SLIME LAB.

Hosted at the Bath & West Showground, this is science you can truly get stuck into.

Expect to:

Join us for our dedicated SEND Hour from 4–5pm, designed to create a more comfortable and accessible environment for visitors with special educational needs and disabilities.

During this time, you can expect:
✨ Reduced lighting
🔇 Lower noise levels
👥 Smaller crowds at workshops
🌿 Less stimulating displays

We’ll also have a quiet sensory room available throughout the entire day for anyone who may need a calm space to relax and recharge.
