Today our Senior Young Chillerz had a session on Homework and how it can benefit our learning leading up to Examinations. What you put in outside of the classroom is just as important as what you put in inside the classroom! It’s going to be a great year for you guys.

Thank you to the Young Chiller Beth who is currently completing her 6th Form Studies and took time out of her day to do some Maths tutoring for our group. She may be even better at it than Abbie!!!

Young Chillerz will not be on today in aid of GCSE Results. Good luck to all of our Young People receiving results today and REMEMBER… we are proud of all the hard work you have put in and your best is enough - you did it!

A few weeks ago our Young Chillerz Senior group decided they wanted to give back to the community.

With the help of Stephen Weir CHILL Chairman who has extensive expertise in upholstery and the extremely generous funding from Jonathan Hodge Wonder Arts for materials - this is what they came up with.

A personalised chair - designed and created for clients receiving Counselling to be comfortable and feel at home.

We are extremely proud of you all and we can’t wait to see what the next project is.

It’s Meaningful May in Young Chillerz this Month 🙌🏻

Today we discussed the importance of changing our mindset and setting ourselves goals using SMART targets.

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Achievable
R - Realistic
T - Time-Bound

We did something meaningful for our Mental Health today and went for a movement break in that lovely sun. We then returned to write some “positivity cards” about ourselves. It is important to us that our Young People are always reminded of how brilliant they are.
