Girls Get Into Golf is BACK! ⛳️

As part of Carnoustie Golf Links’ ongoing commitment to growing girls’ golf, we’re absolutely delighted to welcome back our Girls Get Into Golf Programme for Summer 2026!

This programme is open to all girls in Primary 3 and above who live in Carnoustie or attend a Carnoustie cluster school. Whether you’re completely new to golf or already love the game, this is the ideal opportunity to help you learn, have fun, and build confidence!

Sessions will be led by Freya, Heather and Caitlyn from the The Carnoustie Craws team, alongside our friendly PGA Coaches.

We’ll be making the most of the fantastic facilities around Links House, including the Indoor Performance Centre, The Nestie Course, Short Game Area, and Public Putting Greens, so there’s lots to enjoy each week!

Sessions begin Friday 24th April to 26th June, before taking a short break for the summer holidays. We’ll then return from 21st August to 25th September. All sessions take place from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

You’d better be quick, spaces are limited to 24 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The programme is completely free, but we do ask for a regular weekly commitment to help everyone get the most out of the experience😊.

To secure a place, please complete the registration form by 17th April. If you’re signing up more than one sibling, simply click “add another player to my team” within the form.

Carnoustie Golf Links is proud to support the Angus Toy Appeal, a wonderful local charity that helps ensure children across Angus have gifts to open at Christmas.

Thanks to the generosity of our staff, we were delighted to present a donation that will help bring joy and comfort to children and families who need it most this festive season.

The Angus Toy Appeal works with schools, social workers, and health professionals to provide toys and gifts to children and young people up to the age of 18, making a real difference in our local communities.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed.

We’re thrilled to share this short preview to a project that has been many months in the making – a tribute to our remarkable greenkeeping team from past and present. At Carnoustie, their expertise is rooted in a legacy passed down through generations, where time-honoured practices and traditions remain as relevant today as ever.

This film celebrates not only their dedication, but also those who came before them – guardians of the game whose unwavering commitment has set the standard for greenkeeping at Carnoustie, and whose influence continues to shape the world of golf.

More coming soon! ✨

Carnoustie Golf Links’ Sustainability Team recently attended the Scottish Golf Sustainability Symposium hosted by Scottish Golf and GEO at the Genesis Scottish Open.

The event also explored “Golf Club Leadership in Healthy, Sustainable Communities”, culminating in a celebration of clubs leading the way in environmental and social responsibility.

We were honoured to receive an award recognising our long-term commitment to Sustainable Golf – a proud moment for the entire team!
