Are you coming?!

Tomorrow at 10am is our β€˜Coping with Stress’ workshop, an opportunity to explore what stress is, how it impacts us, and manageable ways to cope and reduce stress.

We understand thst we can’t always eliminate stress, but we can learn small, practical ways of looking after ourselves when we notice we are experiencing stress.

We are also excited to have guest practitioner, the Mindful Meerkat, joining us to provide some simple tools to reduce stress in everyday moments.

As part of carers week, we know that caring for others comes with unique stresses that can have a big impact on carers mental health and wellbeing. If that’s you, we’d love to have you join us for the FREE workshop.

Burnout isn’t technically a mental health diagnosis, but it refers to a collection of symptoms. If you're experiencing burnout, you may:

Feel completely physically and mentally exhausted
Have little motivation
Feel irritable or anxious
See a dip in your work performance
Experience physical symptoms like headaches or stomach aches, or have trouble sleeping
It's your body's way of asking for a break.

Some gentle tips include:
