Rubbish/Storms - If your roadside refuse or recycling blows up the road during a storm, or is ripped open by animals, or you have failed to secure it down during high winds, it is YOUR responsibility to clean it up.

Failure to clear it up could result in a fine of up to £50,000 for fly-tipping if the local authority is called, especially as there's likely to be indications of an address therein.

Please play your part in the community and clear up your mess.
