I’m the secretary at TOC. Away from TOC I run my own outdoor therapy and Forest School business and am part of the TOC team to help support, grow and maintain high quality detached youth work. My background is built upon over 20+ years of supporting children and young people through access and exposure to outdoor settings.

Why are we The Outside Club and not The Outdoor Club?

The Outdoors is a term which many people have strong feelings towards. For so many people those are positive feelings, for others they’re not so welcoming.

We are determined to enable our young people to access welcoming experiences in the outdoors, but guess where that starts?

Hi I’m Callum and I’m a volunteer and youth Trustee at The Outside Club.

In a session I’m usually playing some kind of sports and creative games, whatever the young people want. I’ll talk about everything under the sun, supporting and sharing wherever I can. When I’m not volunteering, I’m usually battling school work or out playing sports and enjoying spending time with my friends!

Skate park looking 🔥🔥🔥

TOC got to be part of something magical this weekend! We connected the young people, that we have met in our recent detached sessions, to the artists that are going to transform the Penrith skate park.

The young people got to learn how to spray paint and bring their ideas to life ready for the bring summer transformation.
