Was back volunteering in the Hospice bookshop in the Lanes today. Can't recommend volunteering enough. It's fantastic way to contribute to the community, make friends, give you purpose, and make you feel useful. I have been volunteering for the Hospice for 8 years and I love it!🙂

Just out of a very important meeting with some influencial policy makers and managers from CNTW trust. They are beginning to develop an outreach model for specialists to reach out and support acute paediatric units and are asking my daughter and I to help shape it. We're also finally making progress with developing home treatment for children with eating disorders in Cumbria. We're thrilled that our terrible experiences are helping to influence positive development of services for the future.
