This morning we’ve had a lovely group of parents/guardians meet in the cafe after they dropped their little ones at school for the first time.
Yes, this can be emotional for the children, but it can be for the adult too 🥺

Join Kate and Gideon next Thursday (August 13th) for our teddy bears' Bible trail.

Meet them at St James Parish Centre for a fun, interactive trail that goes through the park and ends with refreshments and crafts in Cornerstone. Bring your favourite teddy to meet other bears along the way as you discover exciting bible stories through games, puzzles and activities.

The trail runs from 1.30 onwards, please note refreshments and crafts will finish at 4.30 so be sure to allow time to do the trail and crafts first.

National Volunteer week will come to an end tomorrow. BUT, we will continue to celebrate all our volunteers past and present on a daily basis!
Without our volunteers we would not exist…as simple as that! And I can’t thank you all enough.

On Thursday afternoon we held a little volunteer social, so that everyone could come together and enjoy each others company.

Have you ever joined our Friday morning craft group? If so, you will have met this fab bunch. Between them, they organise and run all the activities each week. From origami, to clay, to Christmas decorations. Such a talented bunch. But don’t worry about your skill level, they are also very patient and willing to help.
