For nearly a decade, we’ve been creating safe, no-judgement spaces where men can come together, share their storms, and support one another through life’s toughest chapters. Because storms feel louder, heavier, and more overwhelming when you face them alone — but together, they become bearable… and eventually you will find calm on the other side.

We always say the first step is the hardest… but it’s also one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

Every 90 minutes, somebody in the UK takes their own life - the same length as a football match, but with no extra time for the families and friends left behind.

No matter which of our groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the sessions run, and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

A fantastic evening at The Royal Oak, Scotby in aid of Mental Health Awareness. A Q&A session with ex Carlisle United player Paul Huntington, hosted by Mike Zeller. The event covered Paul talking about his career, and how the pressure of football can affect mental health. Thanks to Louise McPhee (landlady) for organising the event and asking AMC to be a part of it.
