It’s a chance to:

- Have a look around The Rock
- Meet our staff and ask any questions
- Find out more about our youth sessions and session times
- Sign your young person up as a member if they’re not already registered
- Reconnect with us if it’s been a while

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today, we're celebrating our four-legged friends and the incredible impact they have on our lives. Dogs do so much more than provide companionship. They can help reduce stress and anxiety, encourage us to stay active, create routine, and offer unconditional love and support when we need it most.

Whether it's a daily walk, a wagging tail, or a comforting cuddle, dogs can make a real difference to our mental health and wellbeing.

Let's take a moment to appreciate the loyal companions who bring so much joy, comfort, and connection to our lives.

A cash boost of over £9k from the National Lottery Community Fund has helped the North West Mountain Rescue Team (NWMRT) to purchase vital equipment to help with water callouts.

Our Dementia Friendly Group is meeting this coming Monday, 24th August, at 11:30am at St Barnabas Church, Raffles.

We'd love to welcome you for a relaxed couple of hours for lunch, a quiz, good conversation, and companionship in a friendly, supportive environment.

Whether you're living with dementia, caring for a loved one, or simply looking to connect with others, you're very welcome to join us.
