Stanwix FC U6s are launching for next season!

We're looking for boys and girls currently in Reception to come along and join our new U6 team.

🌟 Fun, friendly environment

⚽️ Focus on football fundamentals

🏃 Developing physical activity, movement and coordination

🤝 Making friends and building confidence

📅 Training will take place every Monday at 5:00pm

Whether your child is completely new to football or already loves kicking a ball around, we'd love to welcome them along.

Are you looking for a fun, friendly and supportive football team for your child next season?

We’re excited to be launching a new Under 9s team (children going into Year 4 in September) at Stanwix Wasps, and we’re looking for enthusiastic new players to join our well-established club setup.

Whether your child already plays football or is keen to get involved and try something new, we’d love to hear from you! Our focus is on fun, development, teamwork and building confidence in a positive environment.

After 10 years as a coach and manager Graeme Lupton has decided to step away from coaching his Stanwix FC team.

After starting as Mark Eagling’s assistant coach in 2016, he took over the managers position in 2022.

In 10 years of grassroots football the stats for his team are unbelievable.

268 games played,
224 wins
17 draws
26 losses.
1760 goals scored
only 303 goals conceded.

His team picked up 14 trophies along the way including an incredible treble in the under 14s season winning 28 of 28 games played!

I’m sure he’ll be remembered as one of Stanwix FCs most successful coaches.

Thanks for the memories Luppy!

What an unbelievable season from the lads — hard work, teamwork and determination all the way through. Massive credit to the players, coaches, parents and everyone behind the scenes who made it happen.
