We are currently experiencing staffing pressures across our hubs.

Because of this, we’ve introduced a temporary plan to make sure:
- everyone currently engaging with our service continues to receive the treatment and support they need.
- we will continue to take referrals into treatment for anyone coming to see us for the first time.

Are you looking for a career that will enable you to support people in your local community? 🤔

We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term position of Lead Practitioner based within our North Cumbria RSC Team, until September 2026.

Lead Practitioner is a diverse and rewarding role which includes:

💜 Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community and treatment plan specialist service delivery to ensure a positive working environment and quality service delivery.
💜 Manage a caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
💜 Facilitate and promote individuals’ progression from engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.
💜 Working collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for individuals.

If you're going out, even just "for one", don't take the car. Never drink and drive. Remember alcohol content builds up in the body so you can still be over the limit travelling back from a party the next day.
