Wel, y dydd Sul yma, mae e’n ei wneud eto, gan wynebu Hanner Marathon Caerdydd! Mae ei ymroddiad yn ysbrydoliaeth.

Remember Rhodri Williams? Our hero, who stepped in at the last minute to run the solo leg from Lampeter to Llandysul for our Beating the Bounds challenge.

Well, this Sunday, he's at it again, taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon! His dedication is truly inspiring.
As we cheer Rhodri on, let's give our fundraising for the Cardigan Oxygen Therapy Centre one final, massive push. Every single donation still makes a huge difference.

EIN BREUDDWYD MAWR | OUR BIG DREAM
The money we've raised is already making a huge difference, but we want to help the Cardigan Oxygen Therapy Centre secure its long-term future.

Their ultimate 'wish list' item is an Oxygen Swing Generator. This incredible machine concentrates oxygen from the air, which would dramatically reduce the huge annual cost of buying bottled oxygen. It's a game-changer that would make the Centre more sustainable for years to come.

It costs £40,000. While our current event won't cover it all, every donation gets them one step closer to this transformational goal.

The race to be crowned our fundraising champions is in its final weeks, and we've already raised an incredible £3,045 towards our £5,000 target!

The phenomenal have set a massive target to beat... but with sponsor forms still to come in before the 30th September deadline, this race is far from over!

Calling all our Cyclists, Runners, Horses, and Paddlers – are you going to let them take the crown? 😉

Every donation with your team's hashtag could change the leaderboard, and you can also pop any spare change in one of our collection buckets still out in the county! Let's give it one last massive effort to get to our goal.

A £25 donation can fund two hours of the Centre Manager's time, allowing them to coordinate sessions, support users, and keep this lifeline running for our community.
