Saturday morning circuits for the last 6 months have been a sweaty affair! We’ve embraced Hyrox, the new global sport of fitness.
I turned 50 in January and thought it a good idea to enter a race. It’s beyond challenging, 8 separate kilometres to run and 8 tough events in between. Can’t wait! Bloody nervous about it though! It’s a charity event, raising money for Macmillan, so any funds raised would be hugely appreciated.
