Fel rhan o hoffem gydnabod a diolch i'r bobl sydd wedi defnyddio ein gwasanaethau eiriolaeth ac wedi dewis rhannu eu profiadau i helpu eraill.

Trwy 'Mae Eich Llais yn Bwysig', cylchlythyr ein defnyddwyr gwasanaeth, mae pobl â phrofiad bywyd wedi helpu i daflu goleuni ar bwysigrwydd eiriolaeth a'r effaith gadarnhaol y gall ei chael ar fywydau pobl.

Mae eu straeon, eu mewnwelediadau a'u safbwyntiau yn helpu i sicrhau bod profiad bywyd yn parhau i fod wrth wraidd ein gwaith wrth annog eraill i geisio cefnogaeth pan fydd ei hangen arnynt.

As part of we would like to recognise and thank the people who have used our advocacy services and chosen to share their experiences to help others.

Through ‘Your Voice Matters’ our service users’ newsletter, people with lived experience have helped shine a light on the importance of advocacy and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives.

Their stories, insights and perspectives help ensure that lived experience remains at the heart of our work while encouraging others to seek support when they need it.

A fyddech chi'n gwybod sut i helpu rhywun sy'n profi meddyliau am hunanladdiad?

Mae Hyfforddiant Sgiliau Ymyrraeth Hunanladdiad ASIST achrededig ASC yn rhoi sgiliau ymarferol a hyder i gyfranogwyr i ymyrryd yn ddiogel pan allai rhywun fod mewn perygl.

Learn Skills That Could Save a Life

Would you know how to help someone experiencing thoughts of su***de?

ASC’s accredited ASIST Su***de Intervention Skills Training gives participants practical skills and confidence to intervene safely when someone may be at risk.

Workshop dates:

📅 16–17 June (limited places remaining)
📅 15–16 September
📅 27–28 October
📅 8–9 December

💷 £190 per person (£180 charity rate)

Suitable for employers, community organisations, public services, volunteers and individuals who want to develop life-saving intervention skills.
