The event brings together organisations working across Cardiff and the Vale who provide mental health and associated support services.

Diolch yn fawr i Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Bae Abertawe am wahodd ASC i ddigwyddiad cymunedol heddiw yng Ngholeg Adfer a Chanolfan Ddydd CREST.

Roedd hi'n braf cwrdd â phobl, cael sgyrsiau defnyddiol a siarad am sut y gall eiriolaeth annibynnol helpu.

A big thank you to Swansea Bay NHS for inviting ASC to today’s community event at CREST Recovery College & Day Centre.

It was great to meet people, have some useful conversations and talk about how independent advocacy can help.
