We are SOOO excited to share that our ALN Football Sessions are BACK at Power League! 🎉🙌

We can’t wait to get back on the pitch, see familiar faces, make new friends and enjoy lots of football, fun and laughter together! 🥰⚽

Our sessions are all about inclusion, building confidence, making connections and creating a space where everyone belongs. 💚

Growing Stronger Together – ALN Home Education Sessions 🌿

We’re excited to share our new 6-week rolling programme of themed activities! 💚

Across the six weeks, we’ll be offering a variety of optional, structured activities, including:

🎲 Week 1: Board Games
🍓 Week 2: Exploring & Making Food
🏕️ Week 3: Den Building & LEGO
🌈 Week 4: Sensory Play
🧩 Week 5: Puzzles, Challenges & Brain Games
🎨 Week 6: Arts, Crafts & Making

These activities are there to provide ideas, opportunities and experiences for our learners to explore at their own pace. They are completely optional, and we understand that every learner has their own interests, needs and preferences.

There will also be plenty of other activities and opportunities available during sessions, so learners can choose what feels right for them. Whether they prefer creative activities, quiet time, independent play, social interaction or something completely different, we want everyone to feel comfortable, supported and included. 💚

At Growing Stronger Together, we believe in celebrating individuality, encouraging independence and creating a safe, welcoming space where every learner can thrive in their own way.

🩷NEW SESSIONS COMING TO THE CENTRE 🩷

Growing Stronger Together is developing learning, wellbeing and social sessions for children and young people aged 4–16 with additional learning needs.

Our aim is simple: to help children feel more confident in their learning, in themselves and with others. 💚

Through practical, engaging activities, our sessions will focus on:

📚 Building confidence in reading, writing and maths

🌟 Developing self-confidence and exploring emotions

🤝 Practising communication, cooperation and friendship skills

🌱 Building everyday skills and independence

We’re planning small supportive groups matched by age, interests and support needs, with time to settle in, get to know the team and take part at a manageable pace or these this can be done on a 1-1 basis

We’d love to hear from interested families as we shape our first sessions.

We’re so excited to be starting our Baby & Toddler Group at Growing Stronger Together! 💗

A lovely little space for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups to play, meet new people, make friends and enjoy some time together. 🥰

📅 Every Wednesday - starting 30th September
⏰ 10am–12pm or 2pm–4pm
💷 £3.50 per session — includes tea or coffee ☕️

Whether you’re a new mum, new to the area, or just fancy getting out and meeting some other mums, come along and join us! 💕

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Ants in Ya Pants tonight! 🐜💃 It was so lovely seeing you all! ❤️
I’m now officially on maternity leave as I’m going in next week to have our baby! 👶🏼🩷
That being said, Ants in Ya Pants sessions will still be running. Our last session before we head back to school will be next week.
Our Stay & Play sessions on Saturday mornings, 10am–12pm, will continue to be run by our lovely volunteer gemma Please remember to book ahead. 🥰
Horse therapy will also continue as planned, with the Amazing sara running the sessions. We currently have:
🐴 2 spaces left on 12th September
🐴 1 space left on 27th September
If you’d like to book or have any questions, my inbox is always open. I may just take a little longer to reply while I’m enjoying some precious time with our new arrival! 💕
I’m sure both Gemma and Sara will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the sessions.
