Co-Creating Healthy Change Project at Diverse Cymru Helping people from diverse communities in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to have their say on health, wellbeing and social care services.

Co-Creating Healthy Change is a Big Lottery funded portfolio project of 10 organisations in Cardiff and the Vale who are working together to encourage people to have their say on health, wellbeing and social care services with the aim of improving service for everyone. The project at Diverse Cymru is particularly working with people from diverse backgrounds: Black and Minority Ethnic people, carers, disabled people, le***an, gay and bisexual people, older people and transgender people.
