Community litter-picking group meeting to care for where we live and work.

Our next litter pick meet is on Saturday, the 30th May at 10am.

Meet at the rear of Chapter Arts Centre on Market Road CF5 1QE, next to the carpark (What3words ///token.wins.quarrel).

All the usual kit will be provided, but please do bring your own if you have it.

All are very welcome to attend, including dogs and children.

Our next litter pick meet is Castle Bingo on Sunday 24th May at 10am.

We will be focussing on tidying up Cowbridge Road East between St Davids Hospital and Canton Cross, and the neighbouring streets.

Saturday 31st August 10-11, meeting at the entrance to Sanatorium Park, at the Treganna St and Sanatorium Road junction, next to Ysgol Treganna.

Our next litter pick meet is in Thompson’s Park, at the Romilly Road entrance on Saturday 2nd May at 10am.

We will be focussing on tidying up around the park and the neighbouring streets radiating in all directions!

And maybe popping in for a delicious coffee and snack afterwards? It is half-term, after all!

The elections are fast approaching, and we want to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome at our picks 🗳️

We are a politically neutral group, and please ask all candidates hoping to attend the pick for campaigning purposes let us know in advance so we can brief pickers so they have an awareness and can decide if they'd like to feature in photographs.

If you're not able to let us know beforehand, a quiet word with the organiser at the start of the pick is really helpful so that we can support our pickers and let them know before any photos are taken.

We want everyone to feel welcome, we're all here because we value our community and coming together to make Canton a better place to live 💗

We're excited to organise our first Pick and a Pint at the Victoria Park Hotel, this Wednesday the 22nd of April.

We'll set off at 6:30pm to start off with our Litter Pick as usual, and then join us at the bar for drinks afterwards!
