This is the first time the course has been delivered in Cardiff. It has been co-designed with EPP Cymru, patients, and the Lymphoedema Network, and offers practical, patient-led tools to help people manage their lymphoedema with confidence.

Sessions will run from 13:00-15:30pm each week and are co-delivered by healthcare professionals and trained facilitators, creating a supportive, real-world learning environment.
