⚠️ Important Update: Temporary Service Disruption / Diweddariad Pwysig: Tarfu dros dro ar y gwasanaeth

We’re upgrading our housing systems so we can provide a better and more reliable service in the future.
📆 Evening of Thursday 28 May - Monday 1 June

Some services will temporarily be unavailable during this period:
🔹 The MyNewydd tenant portal
🔹 We won’t be able to update accounts or make changes to tenancy details
🔹 Some payments and account updates will be processed once the new system is live

❗ Our service will be limited to emergencies only during this period

🔹 Emergency repairs: Call our main office number 0303 040 1998
🔹 Rent payments: Automated payments can still be made by calling the same number and selecting option 1
🔹 Emails: We may be able to respond to some non urgent emails, but only where access to our systems is not needed
