Welsh Institute For Women's Health The Welsh Institute of Women’s Health (WIWH) was established in 2008 in order to promote teaching and education in all areas of women’s health.

Through a multi-disciplinary approach, the Institute has developed a respected and popular training programme in many important areas, which will help delivery of healthcare, now and in the future, by a wide range of health professionals. The Institute was set up and developed by a group of enthusiastic Consultants at the University Hospital of Wales and since January 2014 is a registered Charity

in England and Wales. It has developed strong links with several educational bodies and hosts regular educational training days across several specialities. The Welsh Institute for Women’s Health (WIWH) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) that is committed to the dissemination of knowledge and good practice, relieve sickness and promote well-being in the field of Women’s Health.
